## Returns & Exchanges Policy
At SATRAA, we take pride in every product we create. If you experience an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or shipping error caused by us, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
### Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Made-to-order, customized, or limited release items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless the issue was caused by us.
### Customer Responsibility for Shipping
If the return or exchange is not due to an error on our end (including sizing issues, preference changes, or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
We recommend reviewing sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
### Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Made-to-order products
- Custom items
- Sale or clearance items
- Worn or washed merchandise
### Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
### Shipping Disclaimer
SATRAA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
